Penelope
began as an experimental independent filmmaker and producer. After
living in Germany and France for 10 years she moved into commercial
screen writing and directing in 1992.
As a writer / director/producer
with a Canadian and ECC passport, she has worked as a director in
Canada and Europe for the last 18 years and is fluent in English,
German and French.
